Trade and Private Sector Development Programme for Zimbabwe
ITC and the European Union have launched the Support to Trade and Private Sector Development Programme for Zimbabwe to help SMEs better connect to European markets and to promote public-private dialogue in the country.
The project will help Zimbabwe in implementing the interim Economic Partnership Agreement (i-EPA) in place with the EU. The programme will focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access market information and take advantage of opportunities arising from the i-EPA.
The project is implemented by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and funded by the European Union. It has a budget of US$ 3 millions. The project was launched in 2014.
